Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a dedicated project leader to accelerate high-impact marketing initiatives across the organization. You will act as an internal consultant, translating complex challenges into practical, measurable programs from concept through implementation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Strategy, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in management consulting, marketing strategy, or PMO.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking; excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support strategic and high-priority marketing projects from concept to implementation.
• Map complex challenges into clear project plans, business cases, and roadmaps.
• Support transformation initiatives and operating model development.
• Act as PMO for leadership initiatives and workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Marketing, Commercial, Destination, and other functions.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies and outcomes; report to senior leadership.
• Manage external consultants and partners when required.
• Identify innovative opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness.
