Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager to support its Corporate Marketing digital product portfolio, focused on digital marketing, MarTech, and customer experience across connected platforms. You will lead discovery, roadmaps, backlog readiness, and launch coordination while aligning stakeholders and delivering analytics-driven improvements.

You will partner with Architecture, Engineering, UX/UI and data teams to assess make/buy/reuse options, ensure regulatory and accessibility

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience in corporate marketing, MarTech, and multi-product environments.
Hands-on discovery, roadmap and backlog management, cross-functional delivery, launch readiness, and optimization.

Responsibilities

Portfolio strategy, prioritization and roadmap support: Shape product direction and roadmaps; translate into MVP scope and sequencing.
Product discovery and business translation: Lead discovery with business, users, data, and delivery teams to define problems, outcomes and requirements.
Backlog, requirements and ways of working: Maintain backlogs, epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope with traceability across product tools.
Delivery and lifecycle coordination: Coordinate work from design through build, testing, launch and optimization with cross-functional teams.
Technology and solution decision support: Assess build, buy, reuse, and hybrid options focusing on value, fit, integration, and cost.
Customer experience, measurement and optimization: Promote user-centric design, localization, analytics readiness and KPI definition.
Portfolio governance and stakeholder coordination: Operate intake, stage-gate, reporting, escalation and cross-team alignment.
Financial, resource and vendor support: Support budgeting, forecasting, business cases, resource planning and vendor evaluation.
Risk, compliance and release readiness: Coordinate cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, accessibility, legal, brand and quality requirements.
