Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to support the Director in shaping the corporate marketing digital product portfolio and drive value across MarTech, CX, and connected platforms.

You will lead discovery, roadmapping, backlog readiness, and cross‑functional delivery, coordinating with UX/UI, Engineering, Data, and cybersecurity to ensure launch readiness and performance tracking.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong digital product management experience in Corporate Marketing/MarTech and B2B platforms.
Experience in discovery, roadmap and backlog management, cross-functional delivery, and launch readiness.
Certifications in product management or agile practices are preferred.

Responsibilities

Support portfolio strategy, prioritisation and roadmap alignment with value, impact, and risk.
Lead structured discovery with business, users, data and delivery teams to define problems and outcomes.
Maintain backlogs, epics, stories, and release scope with clear ownership and traceability.
Coordinate delivery from design through launch, managing blockers and dependencies.
Assess build, buy, and reuse options with Architecture and Engineering.
Champion user-centric design, analytics readiness, and KPI measurement.
