Job summary

Unipal is hiring a Marketing Executive to grow the student base in Riyadh by leading campus activations, events, and ambassador programs on-site. You will align with central marketing, content, and partnerships teams to expand brand presence across universities and student communities in the city.

Ideal candidates have 1-4 years in marketing, strong event management skills, and a knack for building relationships with students and brands.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in marketing, ideally in growth, community, field, or student marketing.
• Experience running events, activations, or ambassador programmes.
• Comfortable with targets and numbers; you know which channel brought in which users.
• Good knowledge of Riyadh's universities and student culture.
• Strong organisation; can run several campaigns at once.
• Confident building relationships with students, universities, and brands.

Responsibilities

• Grow app downloads, sign-ups, and active students in Riyadh against monthly targets
• Plan and run campus activations, events, and stands at Riyadh's universities
• Build and manage a student ambassador programme across key campuses
• Run co-marketing campaigns with partner brands to drive redemptions
• Brief the central Content Creator on local content needs and get content shot on the ground
• Manage local social activity and community engagement for the Saudi audience
• Track campaign results and report what works, what doesn't, and what you'll change
• Build relationships with university student clubs, societies, and staff

About The Role

Riyadh has one of the largest student populations in the region, and we want every one of them using Unipal. Your job is to grow our student base in the city: on campus, on social, and through campaigns with our partner brands. You will be our marketing presence on the ground in Riyadh, working with our central marketing and content team, the KSA partnerships team, and Accounts Management.
