Job summary

Starlinks Global is seeking a seasoned Logistics and Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our high-tech FMCG operations in Saudi Arabia. You will drive implementation of WMS, TMS and automation, manage transport routes, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team focused on performance and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, sustainability, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse and transport management, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, and automation technologies.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and cost efficiency.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. MBA is Preferred.

Experience

At least 5 years in warehouse and transport management, including 3 years in a leadership role within a high-tech FMCG setting.

Skills

Proficiency in WMS, TMS, and automation technologies. Strong capabilities in transport and logistics management. Effective leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to drive process improvement and cost efficiency. Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.
