Confidential, a leading company in Riyadh, is seeking a qualified 3PL Logistics Officer to support its logistics operations and distribution activities. The role focuses on optimizing fleet performance, coordinating with 3PL providers, and ensuring timely deliveries across the FMCG supply chain.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with fleet operations, shipment tracking, and ERP/Excel-based reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations.
• Experience in fleet management, transportation coordination, and distribution activities.
• Experience coordinating with 3PL warehouses and providers.
• Proficient in English.
• Must currently be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate immediately.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, reporting, and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations, including fleet coordination and last-mile delivery activities.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, and transportation partners.
• Oversee fleet operations, including managing a fleet of more than 15 vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance activities and manage relationships with rental and service vendors.
• Monitor shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and fleet utilization to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate logistics records.
