Online Consultant - Malayalee Speaking (Al Hufuf, Saudi Arabia)



We are in search of an experienced Online Consultant who is fluent in Malayalee and English to join our team in Al Hufuf, Saudi Arabia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients via online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, such as chat, email, and video calls
- Understand and address client needs and concerns effectively
- Provide accurate and timely information about products or services
- Guide clients through the online purchasing process
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to online platforms
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times
- Keep track of client interactions and maintain detailed records of all communication
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service strategies

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalee and English (spoken and written)
