Inventory Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia



We are hiring an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control and management. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000 USD per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking and management of all products
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to meet demand while minimizing excess stock
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain optimal stock levels
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make recommendations for improvement
- Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure proper procedures are followed at all times
- Communicate with other departments to understand their inventory needs and coordinate processes accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including product information, quantities, and locations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or similar role
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience using inventory management software preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members at all levels
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Preference will be given to Malayalee candidates who are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided for this position. However, the company will provide free visa processing and ticket for the selected candidate.
