Job summary

Alkaffary Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance activities across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. You will lead technicians, coordinate work orders, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or bachelor’s in engineering, 3–5 years in maintenance with supervisory experience, and strong leadership with CMMS familiarity and supplier networks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in maintenance with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and assign tasks according to priorities.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for systems.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate solutions.
• Ensure maintenance meets safety and quality standards.
• Manage inventory and request purchases when needed.
• Maintain records and generate reports on status of equipment.
• Liaise with departments to plan maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for external work.
• Review supplier quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Monitor technician performance and provide training and support.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies during work.
