Job summary

Seder Group Trading and Contracting is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in Riyadh. The role focuses on executing preventive and corrective maintenance, optimizing equipment performance, and ensuring timely inspections. Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills are essential for success.

The position requires managing spares, coordinating with procurement, and upholding safety standards across all maintenance activities in a manufacturing/heavy industry setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and proactively address them.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure availability of critical components for repairs.
• Oversee planned maintenance projects including budgeting, resource allocation and progress tracking.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues providing hands-on support as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing maintenance programs within the manufacturing or heavy industry sector
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities to effectively manage a team and resolve issues
• Manages CMMS operations, ensures accurate work order data entry, and generates performance reports
