Job summary

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across NCC facilities and ensure policies are followed.
• Plan maintenance schedules and allocate resources; supervise onboarding and assignments.
• Ensure compliance with HQSE policies and safety standards; oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Assist in preparing and managing the maintenance budget and expenses.
