Qualifications

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across recreational facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians and external contractors.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
• Ensure maintenance work meets company standards and health and safety requirements.
• Diagnose technical issues and coordinate prompt, effective repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and performance reports.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
