Job summary

Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead the hotel’s Engineering team and oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring all building systems are maintained to high standards.

The role requires 2+ years in supervisory maintenance, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, with excellent leadership and communication skills in English (Arabic advantageous).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of engineering maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and leadership abilities; good English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the engineering team, ensuring safety and timeliness.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems.
• Assign work orders, monitor progress, and ensure on-schedule completion.
• Inspect guest rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain records, schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
