Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the maintenance team, including training and scheduling.
• Ensure facility safety and compliance for building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, life safety).
• Oversee maintenance operations and document work in the property management system.
• Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Respond to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergencies promptly.
• Perform scheduled and ad hoc maintenance to keep fixtures and fittings in safe condition.
