Job summary

Imploy is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Riyadh to receive and manage maintenance requests, provide timely updates, and ensure adherence to approved policies and procedures.

You will forward requests to the relevant team, follow up until closure, and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the process, applying patience and strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Experience in receiving and following up on maintenance requests is preferred.
• Strong patience and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and accurately document maintenance requests.
• Forward requests to the relevant department or team for action.
• Follow up on maintenance requests until completion and closure.
• Provide appropriate support and updates to customers throughout the process.
• Ensure requests are handled in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
