Job summary

You will keep customers informed through the service process, schedule appointments, explain costs, and help promote service plans. The role requires a university degree in engineering or related field, and at least 1 year in automotive maintenance, with fluency in English

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive maintenance.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; strong verbal/written communication; good interpersonal skills; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and accurately capture vehicle complaints.
• Advise service team with precise problem descriptions.
• Attend to inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
• Refer unresolved issues to the Supervisor or designated person for resolution.
• Maintain daily records of appointments and cost estimates.
• Explain payment policies and delivery timelines to customers.
• Communicate cost overruns or delays to customers.
