Responsibilities

• Run, monitor, and control manufacturing machines to produce products efficiently and within specifications.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.
• Adhere to production timelines and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
• Accurately record production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide basic technical advice regarding surface preparation, paint application, and aftercare
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
