Job summary

Sigma Paints Saudi Arabia, part of the PPG Group, seeks a Maintenance Technician for our Dammam plant. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery to maximize uptime and efficiency.

Key duties include diagnosing faults, repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues, ensuring EHS compliance, and supporting installation of new equipment, while keeping accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machines to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to maintain flow.
• Identify faults, execute repairs, and restore machinery quickly.
• Ensure all maintenance follows EHS regulations.
• Assist in managing spare parts inventory and availability of components.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and update manuals.
• Contribute to improving maintenance procedures and reliability.
