Job summary

Basiqat by Mantis, part of the Accor Group, is preparing to launch a luxury eco-resort in Riyadh. We seek a Restaurant & Lounge Manager to lead daily operations, ensure top-tier dining experiences, and drive service excellence during the pre-opening phase.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and a proven track record in luxury settings, with responsibilities spanning service standards, staff training, guest engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in luxury hotel/resort operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations to ensure high standards and smooth service.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences with personalized service.
• Lead staff training, onboarding, and performance development.
• Ensure adherence to luxury dining etiquette, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams on menu and beverage offerings.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and cost control for outlet profitability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for pre-opening readiness.
• Prepare and monitor duty rosters, coaching, and appraisals.
