Job summary

Basiqat by Mantis, part of the Accor group in Riyadh, is seeking an In-Room Dining Supervisor for its pre-opening F&B team. The role focuses on supervising daily in-room dining operations, delivering luxury service, and ensuring guest satisfaction from the outset.

The successful candidate will lead Heartists, establish service standards, and coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Strong guest-service orientation and leadership abilities.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily in-room dining operations with luxury service standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing, preparation and delivery.
• Oversee setup, presentation, and delivery of in-room dining orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and HACCP-compliant hygiene in service areas.
• Coordinate VIP amenities, special occasions, and personalized guest requests.
• Train Heartists and support pre-opening readiness and SOPs.
