Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts – Red Sea is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead all housekeeping operations across the resort, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

The role focuses on team development, efficient scheduling, and close collaboration with Engineering and Front Office, with opportunities to be part of a prestigious pre-opening team and enjoy competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Manager.
• Resort experience is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry.
• Ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas.
• Train, coach, and develop the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage schedules, staffing levels, and departmental budgets.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Front Office to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage supplies effectively.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
