Job summary

Four Seasons Red Sea is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead by example and deliver outstanding guest service. You will oversee daily Front Desk operations, mentor Receptionists, and ensure a warm welcome, smooth check-in/out, and personalized attention throughout guests’ stays.

You will uphold Four Seasons standards, manage guest concerns professionally, and collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in Arabic and English for guest interaction.
• 1–2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and guest service mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Locals only as per Saudi labour law.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Desk operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with training, coaching, and supporting Front Desk staff.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor shift checklists, ensure billing accuracy, and coordinate with departments.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of service, grooming, and professionalism.
