Four Seasons Resort at The Red Sea is seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering to lead the Engineering and Maintenance teams during the opening phase. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will manage day-to-day operations, capital projects, procurement, and budget planning, while ensuring safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Hotel opening experience and expert knowledge of general building maintenance.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Integrity, transparency, strategic mindset, and business acumen.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital expenditures planning and project management for the hotel opening.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and asset management.
• Manage procurement, planning, and vendor coordination for engineering projects.
• Budget planning and management for the Engineering department.
• Lead the Safety Committee and energy conservation program and promote safety culture.
