Job summary

Four Seasons Resorts on the Red Sea is seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering to join the opening team. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will guide the Engineering and Maintenance specialists across all hotel systems and building operations.

You will lead capital projects, procurement, planning, safety committees, and energy conservation, ensuring safety, service excellence, and operational readiness for a luxury frontline property.

Qualifications

• Hotel opening experience and expert technical knowledge of general building maintenance and environmental standards.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, integrity and strategic/business acumen.
• Ability to manage capital expenditures, procurement, planning, and maintenance operations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; eligible to work in The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional direction and strategic leadership for the Engineering and Maintenance team.
• Oversee project management, budgeting, and long-term capital expenditures.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel and energy conservation program.
• Lead Safety Committee and promote a continuous learning environment for professional development.
