Job summary

Six Senses Amaala is seeking a Pool/Beach Service Manager to lead the pool, bar and F&B operations in line with Six Senses standards. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest levels of service.

You will train and coach hosts, manage budgets and inventory, ensure safety and hygiene compliance, and collaborate with other departments to create memorable moments for guests.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years restaurant management experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting.
• Fluent in English.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pool, bar and F&B operations to deliver Six Senses standards.
• Lead, train and coach F&B hosts and supervisors to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory, cost controls, scheduling and profitability while upholding brand norms.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by greeting guests, taking care of requests and resolving issues promptly.
