Job summary

Red Sea Global’s RSSE unit seeks an Open Water Instructor to deliver high-quality scuba courses at The Red Sea destination, upholding luxury hospitality standards and safety in a premium marine setting.

You will lead entry-level and advanced training, supervise students, maintain records, and contribute to guest experiences while adhering to agency standards. Experience in luxury tourism, excellent English, and a safety-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Open Water Scuba Instructor from a recognized agency (e.g., PADI, SSI).
• Active teaching status with valid professional membership.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience delivering scuba instruction in a commercial environment.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, and Emergency Oxygen certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scuba courses and programs per training agency standards.
• Lead entry-level to advanced training sessions in confined/open water.
• Provide pre-dive briefings and post-dive debriefings.
• Supervise students and ensure safety and risk management.
• Maintain accurate records and certifications.
• Promote conservation and environmental awareness.
