Red Sea Global’s Dive Center at Umluj offers a site-based role leading dives and teaching PADI courses to a discerning guest profile. You will ensure high-quality underwater experiences while maintaining safety and professionalism on all activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sustainability teams, retail outreach, and standards-based instruction, with opportunities to develop as a distinguished dive professional within a luxury destination.

Qualifications

• PADI Instructor with proven track record in various geographic locations.
• Active and Renewed PADI Instructor.
• PADI Instructor rating for at least 5 specialties.
• Logged at least 500 dives.
• Certified at least 50 students across all core courses.
• Dive business background-track record as evidence.
• Hospitality track record.
• Diving health & safety experience.
• Diving track record in various geographic locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead dives for visiting divers from the asset.
• Teach all courses to and above PADI standards.
• Assist Dive Center Manager to ensure smooth running of all dive operations.
• Work with Sustainability and SEZ departments to align with environmental requirements.
• Assist with sales in the retail outlet.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, co-workers, and the public.
