Red Sea Sports & Entertainment seeks a Resident Marine Biologist & Dive Instructor to blend marine science with guided dives and guest engagement on-site. You will lead exclusive marine biology experiences, teach courses to international standards, and coordinate conservation initiatives while ensuring top safety and guest satisfaction.

This role requires a PADI Instructor certification, extensive logged dives, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Biology or related field.
• Excellent English written and spoken.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead marine biology dive experiences for guests.
• Deliver dive training courses to international standards.
• Coordinate Galaxea’s Conservation Diving Program across the asset.
• Maintain safety, guest experience, and environmental responsibilities.
