Job summary

The Red Sea Sports & Entertainment Company (RSSE) is seeking an Instructor – Water Sports to deliver engaging watersports experiences across The Red Sea destination. You will provide professional instruction, supervise guests, and ensure equipment and assets are maintained to high safety standards.

You will support the daily operation of WAMA's watersports programme, promote environmental responsibility, and help deliver premium hospitality experiences for guests at luxury resorts.

Qualifications

• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from an internationally recognized provider.
• NGB or international watersports instructor certification.
• 2–3 years of watersports experience in hospitality, resorts, or adventure recreation.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guided watersports activities following SOPs.
• Lead safety briefings and equipment demonstrations.
• Supervise guests and assess conditions for safety.
• Maintain and store equipment and logs.
• Promote environmental stewardship and guest satisfaction.
