Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in housekeeping, rooms operations, or hospitality service.
• Ability to work with housekeeping assignments, room status tracking, and guest room readiness.
• Proficient with computers and hotel systems to enter, locate, update, and verify information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare room availability reports and review daily housekeeping information to support operational planning.
• Verify room status and identify discrepancies between housekeeping records and front desk information.
• Prioritize room cleaning for departing guests, vacant dirty rooms, rush rooms, and guest arrivals.
• Update the room status of departing guests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Act as liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments.
• Document discrepant room issues and coordinate with the Front Desk until resolved.
• Prepare and distribute room assignment sheets, work boards, or task lists to housekeeping staff.
• Record, monitor, and update Do Not Disturb lists and release rooms when available.
