Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service from arrival to departure. You will manage check-in/check-out, guest requests, billing, and front desk operations in line with Mandarin Oriental standards.

The role emphasizes establishing guest relations, safety compliance, and collaborative support with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations, and Room Service to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Establishing and developing personal contact with all our guests and providing continuous care, comfort, and warmth throughout their stay.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Other responsibilities include performing all administrative and operative tasks and ensuring consistent knowledge of our Mission Statement, Pillars and all other service standards
• Provide quality service with colleagues to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest s experience.
• Arrange fulfillment of guest services by working with the Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations, and Room Service colleagues
• Print and drop cash out, adjustment slips, paid-out voucher, and bank count reports

Responsibilities

• Use of the hotel’s network, computers or internet access which is in the hospital’s view unreasonable or inappropriate, for example, gambling, chatroom, or pornographic material, is a serious breach of hotel policy and grounds for summary dismissal.
• Support and adhere to all policies & procedures relating to Safe, Sound and Sustainable at Mandarin Oriental.
• To carry out any additional duties requested by management, related to hotel operational activities.
