Job summary

Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE) manages the GALAXEA Dive Center within The Red Sea destination to provide luxury diving experiences. The Manager – Dive Center will lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure safe, high-quality delivery of courses and guest dives in a world-class environment.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to international dive standards, and collaboration with the GALAXEA brand to position it as a premier diving destination in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marine Science, or a related field.
• Certified Dive Instructor (e.g., PADI OWSI) with active status.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in diving operations or dive center management.
• Proven experience leading teams within a luxury or high-end environment.
• Strong knowledge of diving safety standards and operational practices.
• Fit-to-dive medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily operations of the GALAXEA Dive Center, ensuring seamless execution of diving activities.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and guest flow management.
• Ensure all diving activities comply with SOPs and training agency standards.
• Monitor operational performance, service delivery, and guest satisfaction.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational and guest-related matters.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized diving experiences aligned with luxury service standards.
• Maintain guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and service excellence.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for staff.
• Ensure safety, equipment readiness, and compliance with environmental regulations.
