Job summary

Red Sea Global’s Galaxea Dive Center is seeking a dynamic Manager – Dive Center to lead all operations at The Red Sea destination. This site-based role combines luxury hospitality standards with stringent safety and regulatory compliance to deliver exceptional diving experiences.

You will recruit, mentor, and manage instructors, divemasters, technicians and marine crew, ensuring asset readiness, staff development, and top-tier guest service while driving commercial performance and sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marine Science, or related field.
• Certified Dive Instructor (e.g., PADI OWSI) with active status.
• 5–7 years of experience in diving operations or dive center management.
• Experience leading teams in luxury or high-end environments.
• Strong knowledge of diving safety standards and operations.
• Fit‑to‑dive medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the GALAXEA Dive Center.
• Oversee scheduling, resources, guest flow; ensure safety and SOP compliance.
• Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage instructors and crew.
• Maintain equipment, assets, and facilities; ensure inspections.
• Manage revenue streams from courses, dives, and retail.
• Support pre-opening readiness and development of SOPs.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability.
