Job summary

Raffles The Red Sea welcomes qualified candidates for a Guest Service role within our luxury hospitality environment. The position requires English fluency, strong guest engagement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, while maintaining impeccable grooming and presentation.

Candidates should have 1–2 years’ experience in a similar luxury hospitality role and a high school diploma or equivalent. Saudi nationals only are invited to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient food and beverage service at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs, preferences, and expectations to exceed satisfaction.
• Present menus proactively and provide detailed explanations of dishes and beverages.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, including menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and report any concerns to the Manager on Duty.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items in a timely and unobtrusive manner.
• Support team members with food running, table service, and station refills.
• Act as a link between Front of House and Back of House to ensure smooth service flow.
