Shailsi? شيلسي لاستشارات الموارد البشرية is seeking a Boutique Supervisor to lead new luxury boutique openings in Mecca. You will guide the sales team, uphold luxury service standards, and drive sales while building lasting client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in luxury retail with at least 1 year in supervision, strong leadership, and fluency in Arabic and English. On-site Mecca base preferred; this position focuses on delivering a world-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail.
• At least 1 year in supervisory role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
• Based in Mecca or able to work on-site there.
• Strong leadership, client service, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to deliver outstanding client experiences
• Uphold the brand's luxury standards in service, presentation, and visual merchandising
• Drive boutique sales performance and support the achievement of commercial targets
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through clienteling and personalized service
• Oversee daily operations, including stock management, reporting, and boutique standards
• Support the successful opening and establishment of the new boutique
