Job summary

Montblanc in Jeddah seeks a Boutique Manager to maximize performance through sales, profit and strategic objectives. You will lead daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service across all client segments.

Key duties include VIP and royal client engagement, stock management, KPI tracking, and adherence to Montblanc retail procedures. You will coach a boutique team and collaborate with the Retail Director on marketing initiatives and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Sales turnover and profitability development of the boutique.
• Drive sales inside the boutique.
• Drive sales outside the boutique through presentations to VIP clients.
• Discount management and control of expenses in the boutique.
• Analyze performance, develop KPIs and SWOT analysis.
• Direct contact with Royals and Collectors; implement CRM programs.
• Lead and train Sales Associates; support recruitment.
• Ensure stock optimisation, replenishment, rotation and inventory.
• Produce timely boutique reports and maintain boutique standards.
