The role requires 5+ years in luxury retail with at least 1 year in supervision, strong leadership, and fluency in Arabic and English. On-site Mecca base preferred; this position focuses on delivering a world-class guest experience.

About the opportunity:

Our client is a leading name in the luxury watches and jewelry sector is expanding its retail presence in Jeddah with the opening of several new boutiques. We are looking for passionate, client-focused Boutique Supervisors to help lead these openings and deliver a world-class luxury retail experience.

The role As Boutique Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day running of the boutique — guiding and motivating the sales team, ensuring exceptional standards of client service, and driving the boutique's commercial performance. You will be a brand ambassador on the floor, building lasting relationships with clients while supporting your team to meet and exceed sales targets. This role reports into the retail function.

Key responsibilities:

• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
• Based in Mecca or able to work on-site there
