Qualifications

• Experience as bartender in luxury hotel or fine-dining.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Ability to maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes, presentation standards, and service procedures.
• Maintain consistency of beverage quality, taste, and service across shifts.
• Engage with guests to create memorable, personalized experiences and handle requests professionally.
• Monitor stock, assist with inventory, and uphold HACCP standards.
