Job summary

Soum is transforming the used-car market in the MENA region by ensuring reliable vehicle inspections and smooth handovers. As part of the Cars Operations team, you will handle inspections across body, exterior, and interior and support daily operational tasks.

The role requires keen attention to detail, automotive knowledge, and strong Arabic communication to coordinate with teammates and maintain accurate documentation throughout the car journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the initial inspection of vehicles, including body, exterior, interior, and overall condition
• Conduct the final inspection before vehicle handover/completion
• Identify and report any damages, issues, or discrepancies
• Ensure vehicle condition is accurately documented
• Coordinate with the Operations team throughout the car journey
• Support other Cars Operations tasks when required

Job Overview

Handle vehicle inspections throughout the car journey and support the Cars Operations team with day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge and experience in car inspection
• Able to inspect vehicle body, exterior, interior, and overall condition
• Good automotive knowledge
• Arabic communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify vehicle issues accurately
• Flexible and willing to support other operational tasks
