First Step Company for Trading is seeking a Logistics Sales professional to drive business growth through fleet and warehouse solutions. You will conduct online and on-site visits to potential clients, monitor client satisfaction, and expand services with existing customers.

The role requires proven experience in logistic sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to sign contracts with transporters and related partners. Saudi driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Logistic Sales field.
• Experience dealing with large corporations.
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Excellent negotiation and bargaining skills.
• Valid Saudi driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Improve business through sales of our fleet and warehouses online calls and physical visits to potential clients facilities.
• Monitor and improve client satisfaction.
• Expand our services with clients.
• Conduct market surveys, prepare pricing matrices and quotations.
• Outsource and sign contracts with good transporters, workshops and spare parts shops.
• Lead the qualification and assessment of service providers' performance.
