This role requires understanding of logistics, strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills, with potential to lead a small sales team as the company scales. On-site in Dammam is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B logistics sales.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi logistics market and its customers.
• Experience in road transport, refrigerated trucking, freight forwarding, warehousing, 3PL, or related services.

• Develop new business opportunities and bring in new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the Saudi market.
• Identify potential clients and follow up on leads, quotations, and negotiations.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline and work toward agreed targets.
• Establish basic sales processes, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Help build and lead a sales team as the business grows.
• Work closely with operations to ensure customer requirements are met and deals are profitable.
