Job summary

DP World in Riyadh is seeking a Telesales Assistant to support our commercial and freight forwarding teams by reaching out to potential customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting our shipping and logistics services.

You will conduct outbound calls, understand client needs, build a lead pipeline, follow up inquiries, maintain CRM records, schedule meetings, gather market insights, and assist in sales reporting and campaign summaries.

Qualifications

• Outbound calls to potential clients to promote DP World’s shipping and freight forwarding services.
• Understand customer needs and present relevant service offerings accordingly.
• Generate and quality leads to build a pipeline for the sales team.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and existing leads.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team where necessary.
• Gather market intelligence and share customer feedback with relevant teams.
• Support in the preparation of sales reports and campaign summaries.
