Job summary

Al Khorayef Group in Saudi Arabia seeks a proactive Customer Service Specialist to act as the main focal point for assigned regions, handling RFQs, orders, and delivery planning.

You will coordinate with production planning, maintain Oracle logs, monitor OTD, and ensure timely communications with internal customers, leveraging 4+ years in customer service and supply chain in the oil and gas sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in an ESP manufacturing/service environment.
• Previous Supply Chain experience is required.
• Previous Oil & Gas downstream processes experience is preferred.
• Previous technical Oil and Gas industry knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main customer service focal point for assigned regions.
• Receive RFQs from assigned regions and prepare quotations for APC Products as per the approved RFQ procedure.
• Ensure that the RFQ Proposal log is maintained on the CS server.
• Receive purchase requests from internal customers and acknowledge orders with a committed delivery date after liaising with material and production planning.
• Ensure delivery plans and priorities of assigned BUs are transparent between BU OPS CS and production planning.
• Communicate weekly/monthly projected deliveries to internal customers according to the MPS.
• Set priorities with production planning and other CS teams to meet customer needs and prepare schedules.
• Conduct periodic reviews with BUs management to reconcile delivery plans against outstanding orders.
• Ensure dates for orders are accurate and updated in ORACLE per the MPS.
• Prepare and maintain an on-time delivery (OTD) report and meet/exceed OTD targets.
• Assist operations when customers are not satisfied with resolutions and provide alternatives.
