Alkaffary Group is seeking a dedicated Logistic Officer to join its logistics team in Riyadh. You will coordinate transportation, inventory, and order fulfillment while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in logistics or related field, with proven logistics experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in logistics software and MS Office. You will support cost-control and timely deliveries in a team-oriented environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update records of inventory levels and shipments.
• Collaborate with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare necessary documentation for shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with schedules and handling any issues that arise.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement.
• Assist in budget management and cost-control measures within the logistics department.
