Alkaffary Group is seeking a dedicated Logistic Officer to support our logistics team in Buraydah. The role focuses on coordinating transportation, inventory management, and documentation to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field and proven experience in logistics management, with strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update records of inventory levels and shipments.
• Collaborate with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare necessary documentation for shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with schedules and handling any issues that arise.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement.
• Assist in budget management and cost-control measures within the logistics department.
