Qualifications

• Indian nationality preferred.
• No English language skills required.
• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is not required but preferred.
• Familiarity with biometric passports is a plus.
• Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes within Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory levels and proper storage of goods.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to all stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or delays in deliveries by working closely with suppliers and carriers.
• Track shipments using logistics software and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to transportation and logistics.
