Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an Associate - Logistics & Import to support the DC supply chain by handling day-to-day supplier management and related administrative tasks at the Head Office KSA.

You will coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries, manage invoices and shipment documentation, and maintain accurate data across logistics systems. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Logistics, Import, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Merchandise functions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders based on customer orders and business requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding invoices and shipment documentation.
• Verify supplier invoices against proof of delivery and update records in the system.
• Ensure accurate and complete data entry across logistics and supply chain systems.
• Maintain logistics, supplier, and shipment records while supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support compliance with company policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA) procedures.
