Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or related operations.
• At least 5 years in retail logistics or large retailers or logistics providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with growth and store expansion.
• Lead end-to-end logistics including warehousing, transportation, replenishment and import-export.
• Drive projects to increase productivity, service levels and cost efficiency.
• Monitor stock availability across DCs and stores; take corrective actions.
• Strengthen replenishment processes to improve product availability.
• Oversee transportation performance, route efficiency, and logistics costs.
• Manage warehousing initiatives including space, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate import-export activities and ensure customs compliance.
• Lead large-scale supply chain transformation projects and digital logistics initiatives.
• Track KPIs and reporting; identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service.
