Job summary

BRKZ in Jeddah seeks an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee regional fulfillment, fleet dispatch, and supply chain execution. You will bridge local ground operations with centralized teams in Riyadh HQ, managing high-volume bulk cement logistics and transporter networks.

The role demands strong leadership, Arabic and English communication, and knowledge of KSA transport regulations.

Qualifications

8–10 years of operations/logistics experience, construction materials preferred.
Proven leadership and team management, ideally with distributed field teams.
Fluency in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily logistics and dispatch for the Jeddah region and manage regional ops team.
Oversee BRKZ platform delivery lifecycle, scheduling, and transport assignments.
Develop SOPs, drive process improvements, and adopt new tools.
Monitor KPIs with dashboards to forecast demand and capacity.
Mentor coordinators and plan staffing to meet deadlines.
Engage suppliers and transporters; resolve delivery issues.
Ensure Fasah permits and regulatory standards are met.
Support budgeting and strategic planning for regional operations.
