Job summary

Work Force in Riyadh is seeking a friendly Locker Room Attendant to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for facility users while delivering excellent customer service. You will greet guests, manage lockers, restock supplies, and ensure security of personal belongings in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role requires strong organization, basic computer skills, and bilingual communication in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for locker management.
• Ability to communicate in Arabic and English.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assign lockers and provide towels, toiletries, and other amenities to facility users
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the locker room area
• Ensure proper security of personal belongings and locker assignments
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks in the locker room area
• Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
• Assist with laundry services
• Maintain accurate records of locker assignments and lost and found items
• Collaborate with other staff for a seamless customer experience
